To get photos stored on your computer:

1. Click the Photos button on the Navigation panel if you wish to edit a photo. Click the Albums button if you wish to add a photo to an album.

2. Click the Get Photo icon located below the buttons.

3. Select Computer from the flyout of options displayed.

4. Use the file selector displayed to browse drives and directories for the photo(s) you wish to open. You can open photos from your hard disk, a floppy disk, a network, or a CD-ROM. Use the SHIFT key to select more than one photo.

   If you clicked the Photos button, the first selected photo is opened and displayed in the Work area. Thumbnail representations of all selected photos are added to the Photos library so that you can easily move from one open photo to another later on.

   If you clicked the Albums button, thumbnail representations of all selected photos are displayed in the Work area and in the Album library.
